They exceeded expectations with their kindness throughout the entire process. I was always called back and helped whenever I needed it. 

If you're in the greater Genesee County area, this is the best in veterinary care. I will always, only take my current (and future) pets here.

We had the BEST experience with our pregnant Morkie, Gigi at Grand Blanc Vet Hospital. Dr Zelner was available to us during the labor and after (even though she wasn't in the office) to answer ALL of our questions and concerns. Staff and all Vets here are the best!! Highly recommend!

The service has always been very good every time I have been here, the staff has been very friendly, helpful and compassionate. 

I have never had to wait for a long time and I have always felt that they take their time and answer any questions I have. I have never felt like I've been rushed out the door as fast as possible either.

Their prices aren't the lowest but I have never felt taken advantage of or felt that I was charged for a bunch of stuff I didn't need.

It's nice to have a local vet that seems to care about your pets and their well being, that checks up on them to make sure they're doing good.

We've been taking our cats here for over 40 years now, they've been amazing with every single one of them. We've been very satisfied with all the vets. 

We just took my current cat to them and was once again very pleased. They were so wonderful with her. I can't wait to bring her back to have her dental done with them.

I want to thank the staff and doctors at Grand Blanc Veterinary Hospital. We are regular patients there and they've always done there best to accommodate my pets. Today was above and beyond to get my dog the surgery she needed to prevent further infection. They were so caring and understanding.

They were so willing to make sure I understood everything along the way. Even reassuring me when I felt like a bad owner. It was such a rough 24 hours for me but they brought it all to a calm resolve.

On top of it all they got the surgery done for a fraction of the emergency vet quote. Special shout out to Carrie and Dr. Keilen! I owe you guys so much!

Everyone working there is very friendly. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and also very friendly, I will be going back!

Today was my first time visiting and I have to say, considering the circumstances, I was very impressed. Unfortunately we had euthanize our African pygmy hedgehog for she was getting old and ill. Very affordable, clean, professional, and a very kind staff. 

Treated me with the utmost respect. I even got a memorial paw print for which I know my kids appreciate the most. Thank you for making today a little less dull with your kindness. Highly recommend.

I just moved into the area from Belleville and had been taking my 8 year old pup to a vet in Ann Arbor since he was a puppy. He started having a bad allergy flair up and was chewing and licking his skin raw. so I called around to a few vets who were booked and/or, didn't open till 9am or after. 

I called Grand Blanc and they were able to get me in the same day. I was a little worried about seeing a new vet but the Dr was great! She took great care of my boy & explained all the options to me. The front desk staff were really nice. 

The cost wasn't too bad for an office visit, injection, and oral meds either. Definitely will be returning here again if my pup needs care.

Dr. Fick is amazing! He is very thorough & explains everything and listens to all your concerns! Our cat is a very "wild panther" like cat and they dealt with him amazingly! 

So happy we switched vets and started coming here. I highly recommend taking you pet to see Dr. Fick for their vet needs! The staff are also very nice! 10/10!

We have been taking our pets here for over 20 years. Everyone from the receptionists to the vet techs to the veterinarian are caring for our pets' needs. 

We started bringing our puppy here when he was little, and have been so impressed by Grand Blanc Veterinary Hospital. They are smart, caring and kind. My dog loves coming here too.

It was such an incredible experience. In the past we had been to another local vet and our experience there was negative.

But this office was incredible! Dr. Fick and the technicians were so incredibly kind, asking lots of questions and they knew exactly how to handle our aggressive cat. I don't know how they managed to vaccinate her! People here are truly animal people. 

The doctor and technicians spent so much time with us and genuinely cared about our cat. She got the treatment that she needed. The place is clean and totally worth a visit.

We have always had great experiences with the staff and vets. They have always been kind, patient, and accommodating to us and our pets.

While we've had good experiences with everyone, Dr. O'Connor is exceptional. She's thorough in her exams, extremely knowledgeable, and takes time to address all of your concerns. She either has an extremely good memory or reviews charts in detail prior to seeing each patient (or both) because she remembers small details, even from years ago. It's obvious that she is very invested in her patients. 

I consider myself to be a “needy” pet parent with many questions and concerns. Dr. O'Connor has listened to and addressed every one without ever making me feel silly or that I was wasting her time. 

After moving, we now happily drive over an hour to bring our dogs here and it is in large part because of her.

Called this morning when our boy Bo wasn't acting normal. They were able to get him in within an hour and a half of calling. He was in and out in about an hour with X-rays, bloodwork, and fluids. 

Staff is always friendly, and drs do their due diligence to find out what the problem is. They've been our vet 12 years, and always get phenomenal service!

I was so happy to find a vet near me that actually sees bearded dragons and has good information on them. I take my dog and my bearded dragon here! My dog sees Dr. Keilan and he's very good! Very kind and informative. My bearded dragon sees Dr. O'Connor and she is amazing! Also very kind and has lots of good knowledge on bearded dragons!! 

I also personally think the pricing is very reasonable. I definitely recommend this vet!!

Absolutely love this place. Cant say enough positive things about everyone here. Highly recommend!
